Return & Refund Policy
- All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- To request for a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at EMAIL bodonservice@gmail.com or MSN bodonservice@hotmail.com or Telephone 086-594-2799003.
- We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.
- Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in.(Partial returns will not be accepted.) Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost).
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
